When we feel the connection of love, we learn to grow more comfortable with ourselves and the world. To express feelings assertively. Unexpressed feelings can create tension in the body. When we hold in our emotions, parts of the body get very little energy, (muscles become tense and locked up) thereby resulting in fatigue and declining health. Our body becomes rigidified when we perform repeated patterns day after day.
