Creating conscious relationships takes commitment--commitment
to yourself and each other. Beginning with a "Relationship Vision"
helps to create the groundwork for our work together. Using
the "Living University" principals, I encourage couples and
other groups to:
Know
what they are feeling and express their truth. |
Communicate
without blame. |
Make
effective commitments and honor them. |
Speak
the truth in relationships. |
Take
responsibility for self and let others take responsibility for themselves. |
Open
to authentic expression. |
Be
willing and open to all feelings, especially anger.
| Conscious
relationships are incredibly powerful. Relationships, at their best,
can empower us. We can come together to support and energize each
other, contributing to the well-being of our families, workplace,
and community. |

As a Marriage,
Family and Child Counselor, I have had 10 years of
experience counseling couples and families. I have a special interest
in facilitating Mother/Daughter workshops. I have the opportunity to work
with my daughter, who has been a mental health counselor to children and
adolescents for the last 4 years. We have had our own unique challenges
as mother and daughter and we want to share our experience and help
you to heal your relationships. Our workshops create a safe
place to discover each other's unique essence.
